Scope of Responsibility
Join us at Cascade Engineering as the Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing front-end logistics and Supply Chain transportation requirements. Lead all shipping, receiving, logistics, and warehousing procedures and duties. Develop and implement strategic change, standard work, process control, and process validation for all logistic and shipping processes. Mentor and supervise the shipping and receiving team to administer work in a safe, efficient manner while supporting Supply Chain and Logistic KPIs.

Target Pay: $63,186 - $98,996.00

What You’ll Be Doing
Day to day – Set training guidelines for shipping and receiving teams. Create and / or update all shipping and receiving work instructions. Hold the position as the Corporate Administrator for customer portals, and manage all customer web sites. Manage MMOG requirements
Customer Focus - Support contract negotiations with freight companies. Liaison between customer service, carriers, and shipping departments. Manage and coordinate freight tracking / billing approvals
Department Collaboration - Support and participate in all shipping, receiving, and inventory movement QAD improvement projects as needed. Develop and administer individual and team development and accountability. Communicate regularly with Purchasing, Quality, Materials, and Operations teams to ensure Logistic and Supply Chain excellence.
