Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Process Payroll for all hourly associates.

Support Indirect Purchasing for the plant

Initiate & Create PO's through our Ariba System

Supports compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (Section 404) and BOS (Business Operating System).

Provides accurate and timely data for the Best Business Practices (BBP) operational reporting system

Coordinates intercompany transactions/charges with other plants in the network

Work Cross Functional in support of Plant Controller and Corporate Buyers
Qualifications:
-
Associate degree preferrable in accounting
-
1-3 Years Payroll and/or Accounting
-
Extensive use with excel, able to summarize financial data
-
Systems experience preferred: SAP, HFM, Mfg Pro / QAD or equivalent ERP systems.

Sound knowledge of basic accounting theory and methods, understands SOX requirements
