Job Description

Natron Energy is seeking Material Handlers to support the day-to-day movement, handling, and storage of different materials, supplies, and goods throughout its various production areas and warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Shipping and receiving activities.
Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
Prepares finished stock for shipment.
Use forklift and overhead cranes to perform duties.
Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.
Seek continuous improvement as well as personal and professional development.
Wear proper PPE: Safety Glasses, Safety Vest, and Safety Shoes. (additional PPE may be required)
Fill out the daily check lists.

Additional Requirements

Experience & Skills:

This is a full time, permanent position.
Employees must work on site in Holland.
Certified forklift, crane and other heavy machinery operator
Exemplify a “can-do” attitude and spirit.
Ability to promote teamwork, positive communication and cross-functional problem solving.
An excellent problem solver.
Safety conscious: continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Knowledge of safety gear: Safety Glasses, Safety Vest, and Safety Shoes. (additional PPE may be required)
Knowledge of all lean, 6S and flow manufacturing principles

Safety Considerations:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to operate and handle heavy machinery.
No physical limitations to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators when required.

Logistics:

This is a full time, permanent position.
Employees must work on-site in Holland.
