The Position: Based on your previous skills and experience, we want to match your strengths to the correct division of our team. We are actively hiring for resistance welding, machine operators, kick press operators, assembly operators, and deburring operators. Each position has a vital role in maintaining quality according to AS9100 quality processes. A minimum of two years prior manufacturing experience is preferred. As a team member on the Recco team, you’ll work with experienced operators to learn the quality-centered techniques that have made us an industry leader for over 50 years. Through this critical role, you’ll advance your talents through mastering:
- Build efficiency techniques
- Interpreting drawings and prototypes
- AS9100 protocols and processes for quality
- Growing your talent by cross-training on other machines and operations in the plant
Location: Wayland, MI – Manufacturing Facility
Category: Non-exempt employee, full time
Shift: First (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
Qualified candidates will possess the following minimum requirements:
- Due to ITAR requirements, we can only consider American Citizens for this position.
- A minimum of two years of prior manufacturing experience is required.
- Must have at least 20/20 vision – with vision correction aides (i.e. glasses, contacts)
- Must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen that includes marijuana products.
- Must be able to remain seated and/or standing for extended periods
- Must be able to operate shop resources with arms and hands
- Attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to ignore distractions while working
