ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL
Fraud Sniffr is looking for an administrative professional with 5+ years of experience to work with the sales, marketing and executive teams to provide business administration support with regard to billing, invoice reconciliation and general financial diligence.
Day-to-day activities will include invoicing, receivables processing, statement reconciliation, annual tax preparation, vendor invoices/reconciliation and other administrative tasks as assigned. The position will be in-office at least one day / week in our Grand Haven, MI location. We anticipate this position will require three days (24 hours) per week to start but the position can also be full-time if desired. We are looking for a candidate with a strong history in this field, references required.
