- Previous experience in retail sales (particularly bar tending or alcohol sales) customer service, and be certified or able to get certified, by the State (TIPS or TAM) to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Must enjoy creativity and have bar tending and mixology experience or express interest in the topic.
- Must have ability to handle large crowds of people independently.
- Willing to work weekends and Holidays - MCW will be closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day and Easter.
- Individual must be presentable and have the ability to maintain a strong positive attitude.
- Individual should enjoy personal interaction and conversation with variety of different personalities.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Experience in Social Media, IT technology, and public relations.
