Responsibilities: CSR/Process Coordinator
- Manage customer RFQs and purchase orders
- Liaise with customers and create customer profiles
- Analyze technical drawings to obtain relevant specifications
- Collaborate with supply chain affiliates to track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve order exclusions/inconsistencies and manage changes, expedites, and cancellations
- Communicate with the accounting department on customer billing
- Release machining travelers and drawings to the manufacturing department
- Communicate customer requirements and issues to various departments
- Analyze open order reports to identify and resolve issues that may prevent on-time delivery
- Identify root causes of issues and implement ideas for system and process improvements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn Epicor ERP software (training provided)

Preferred qualifications: CSR/Process Coordinator
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining or other manufacturing
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Experience with B2B sales
- Negotiation skills
