Job Summary
Oversees the development and implementation of strategic marketing and/or communications plans, ensuring alignment with the business operating plans and growth strategy. This role will be an important contributor to critical acquisition marketing channels including direct mail, email, direct response television and more.
Essential Functions
Participate in the implementation of marketing strategic plans
Project manages multiple key initiatives simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail
Ensure the development and production of materials and outputs adhere to quality and compliance standards, deadlines, budgets, etc. Anticipate challenges, prepare for preventable mishaps, and provide timely/proactive updates and alternatives.
Serve as a point-of-contact for marketing functions and projects as assigned.
Translate complex information and create messaging across target audiences and tactics.
Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
Email marketing experience preferred
PowerPoint experience preferred
Experience working for or with marketing agencies preferred
Health care or health insurance experience preferred
2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role Required
2 years of relevant experience in project management Preferred
4-5 years in marketing or related position preferred
