Position Summary: The Snack Shop Lead is responsible for all aspects of the camp snack shop.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise staff assigned to work at the snack shop
Oversee stock rotation
Teach and monitor proper use of equipment including daily checks for safety, cleanliness and use
Maintain the bank of camper funds received at registration and redistribute at the end of camp as necessary
Conduct inventory of supplies and submit requests to the Program Director for re-supply
Assist in the kitchen during meal times
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Computer Skills:
Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
Willingness to learn new software as needed
Certificates and Licenses:
Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
