Front Office Manager, bookeeper and administrator needed for small office in Wixom. Duties to include but not limited to:
Office Duties: Phones, Mail, Ordering Supplies, Scanning, Email, Verifying AP Bills, File Maintenance
QuickBooks Duties: Purchase Orders, AP Bills, AR Invoicing, Shipping Documents, processing AP Checks
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Outlook, Word, and Excel and understand Cash Flow Management.
5 days/week. 6-8 hours/day. Negotiable. Flexible hours. Part Time or Full Time possibilities.
