Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently in an efficient manner
- Commitment to the mission and goals of Huron Pines and a willingness to learn
- Good computer skills, including basic troubleshooting and using word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and email software applications including Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective organization and time management skills, such as prioritization, multitasking and planning
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in a business/administrative assistant related field
- 3-5 years of experience in an office environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other data management software
