The National Account Coordinator leads the company's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers within a specified territory. The candidate is assigned a geographic and group of accounts the they will be responsible for growing and achieving sales.
Position Responsibilities:
Become knowledgeable in all of Duro-Last product lines
Provide all levels of sales support to Corporate Account Sales Representatives
Facilitate re-roof or new construction bid requests through our CRM (Dataforma and Salesforce)
Work with Duro-Last contractors to facilitate bids from start to finish
Understand the Duro-Last competitive advantages in specific markets
Work with multiple departments to insure our customer receives a high level of satisfaction
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of inside sales experience is preferred
Background in and knowledge of construction is preferred
Previous experience working with customers/clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be organized and self-motivated
Ability to travel - one week of travel may be required per month
