What You Will Do
Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall program and project objectives
Travel to project sites for due diligence and meetings with stakeholders
Produce graphic presentations, rendered plans, 3D rendered imagery, and construction drawings
Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions along with the ability to iterate in Autodesk Revit
Work with multiple retail brands for locations across the US
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in architecture with aspiration to achieve licensure
3-5yearsof related project experience in retail image design and implementation
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 3D BIM software. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop Experience in visualization tools such as Enscape and 3DViz is also recommended.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements
Ability to travel, at a minimum, anywhere in the United States and Canada
LEED accreditation a plus
