PROGRAM MANAGER
SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN
As a member of the FlexAir/Modular team, the program manager will be responsible forplanning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timing manner within scope and budget, while proactively communicating with senior management, project team members, and the customer to meet customer and company expectations.
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Program timing
Tooling
Equipment
PPAP
Customer deliverables
Testing deliverables
Develop project plans and schedules
Be able to think out of the box to get the task done
The job may involve travel

Your Qualifications:
Program management experience preferred but willing to train
Must be a team player
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Able to respond to constant change
Must be able to create working relationships
Detail oriented
Strong work ethic
A high degree of personal integrity
Bonus If You Have:
Program management experience/PMP certification
Be able to think out of the box to get the task done
Automotive program timing understanding
Product development experience
