Job Description:
The Biologics Solutions Specialist is responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals to grow Implant Directs' biomaterials revenue through selling directly to clinicians and dental office staff. Reporting to the Director of Biologics, this role will cover multiple sales regions across the Midwest and Central US.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Grow biologics category revenue by acquiring, retaining, and growing accounts across multiple regions.
Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends. Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals.
Identify and maintain regular contact with regional sales representatives and national account managers to support prospective customers; develop and implement creative strategies aimed at converting these prospective customers from competition to a new customer.
Maintain regular contact with regional sales representatives and national account managers to support existing customers to retain accounts, strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products offered.
Lead virtual and in-person product and clinical presentations to prospective and existing customers and office staff.
Conduct ongoing product and clinical training with regional sales representatives and national account managers.
Develop and maintain accurate customer files and records in order to have complete up-to-date customer information, which can be shared among the (local) organization.
Report to the management about any product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies that negatively or positively affect local sales.
Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to company or to customers. Apply this knowledge for your strategies and tactics to develop your commercial activity.
Establish and maintain a travel schedule that will allow consistent contact with regional sales representatives and national account managers to support existing and potential customers. Schedule must follow sales plan and logical routing plan.
Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget.
Participate in national and local trade shows and company meetings as appropriate. Support established educational programs when territory customers are attending. Education managers may communicate with representatives when they are needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
3+ years' experience selling regenerative/biologics products is required; dental experience is a huge plus
In depth understanding of bone grafting products, their clinical applications, and clinical workflows is strongly preferred.
CTBS (Certified Tissue Bank Specialist) license is strongly preferred.
Must be willing to travel 50%- 75% across the Mid/Central US
Valid driver's license; car allowance/mileage reimbursement; air travel booked directly through Concur
PREFERRED:
Knowledge of biomaterial related clinical workflows as it pertains to the dental industry.
Strong track record of meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
Ability to work towards and meet or exceed a sales quota.
Ability to keep an eye on the big picture and work towards changes directed at a larger overall goal.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess excellent organizational skills.

Target Market Salary Range:

The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
