CLC Supply Analyst This position is tasked with managing some smaller supplier relationships supporting the bank and all employees. Often this is the first step in moving into higher level management of suppliers with much larger spends. This job requires skills in managing people, both internal and supplier staffs. Compliance to policy is a significant portion of the job. Much reliance on the attention to detail being done properly at this level; little time for managers to review every step of analysis. Responsibilities: Supplier Management * Daily management of assigned national contracts. * Gather and analyze data and proactively make recommendations regarding process improvements, cost savings opportunities, etc. * Monitor compliance with terms of agreement. * Prepares quarterly (Performance Management: KPIs, SLAs, Spend. Coordinates with Third Party Risk on analysis of selected suppliers. * Other duties as assigned Customer Service * Point of contact for internal customers regarding program issues. * Other duties as assigned General Business * Works on special projects as assigned by manager. * Helps to maintain policies, procedures and other communication vehicles that assist employees to use the programs managed by this position. Reviews and codes invoices for payment after proper validation. * Helps maintain information on supplier performance, gaps/challenges, etc. for the department.
