The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for general correspondence, answering the telephone and directing calls, scheduling, and more. . Candidate must be self motivated and self-disciplined and have excellent problem solving and time management skills. High attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, strong communication skills and experience with multi-line phones are a must.
