About the Role
Thomson Reuters is looking for an AI Product Trainer to join our Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding and training our small law customers on our generative AI software and developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage.
As the AI Product Trainer, you will:
Onboardand train customers on our software, including develop customized training programs to serve specific client needs
Field requests for promptingtroubleshooting/assistance
Communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are being met
Occasionally provide training and support to prospective customers in trials and pursue related initiatives to support our sales team
About You
You have a law degree/formal legal education
Must have bar admission in at least one state
Transactional law experience as a practicing attorney
Ideally, you have worked in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
You have experience with training and interacting with customers regularly
You are interested in learning about new technology and software - we offer a suite of cutting-edge A.I.-based software products
You are personable, have a positive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers
You enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to broader outcomes-particularly ones focused on positive customer experiences

Compensation:$75,000-$110,000
Compensation includes base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $81,600 - $151,600. The base compensation range in other locations may vary.
