Job Description
The RRD Marketing Solutions Assistant Account Manager serves as the day-to-day primary point of client interaction for all campaign activity. The Assistant Account Manager is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of each campaign or program executed on behalf of the client.
In this role, he/she will work with our client to coordinate working level marketing planning and program management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Client's customer communications through collaboration with Brand Managers for product specific details, Engineering Managers for technical information, and various Aftersales Managers for service processes (including Email, websites, app notifications and print).
Be the single point of contact to review creative proposals from agency partners. Learn preferences and expectations of business owner to complete working level reviews / edits to maximize efficiency.
Support creation of presentations for program updates, business reviews, and proposals for customer satisfaction initiatives
Coordinate with clients and other team members to organize status updates and meetings
Perform Quality Control checks and audits for accounts assigned at the direction of RRD Marketing Solutions Account Supervisor(s)
Help RRD meet or exceed client expectations through effective project and campaign management
Documentation of all relevant project information for both internal and client use (e.g. timelines, status updates, processing specifications, production calendars, etc.)
Manage billing and hours reporting process for assigned clients
Qualifications
Undergraduate business degree required. Marketing Degree preferred
Experience as an account or project coordinator/manager for a marketing, advertising, or direct marketing firm is preferred detail-oriented
Must be highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint to create slides or full presentations of the quality to be used in executive level meetings.
Trustworthiness to protect sensitive and confidential information including future product details.
Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and/or campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Experience working within the SFMC, Adobe Campaign or similar ESP platform preferred
Some direct marketing experience preferred
Additional Information
Thenational pay range for this role is $52,500 to $93,400 / year. The payrange may beslightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
