Our client, a well established Law Firm in Troy, Michigan is hiring a Corporate Legal Assistant to assist their growing organization. The Corporate Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing legal and administrative support to (3) attorney’s in the Corporate/Real Estate Practice Group.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity.
The salary range is between range is $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience plus a generous benefit package and plenty of perks. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch.
Corporate Legal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Preparation of corporate legal documents.
- Preparing corporate filings and registrations.
- Updating and maintaining digital minute books.
- Assembling electronic closing binders and transaction binders.
- Compose a variety of legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain attorney calendars by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences and travel.
- Document and input attorney reimbursement expenses.
- Assist attorney’s with client billing.

Corporate Legal Assistant Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Adobe DC
- 5+ years of relevant legal support or completed a legal assistant program with 3+ years of legal experience
