Job Description

Supervise and lead a team of irrigation and sprinkler system technicians, ensuring efficient workflow.
Plan and delegate daily tasks to crew members, assigning responsibilities based on individual strengths and skills.
Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, conduct regular performance evaluations, and train new employees on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation and sprinkler systems for residential and commercial clients and ensure that all installations comply with local codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Schedule and execute regular system inspections and maintenance checks.
Transition the team to winter activities, such as commercial pipe replacements, backflow tests for municipalities, sprinklers for buildings, and snow removal.
Oversee pipe replacement projects, including excavation, installation, and testing.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all crew members and conduct safety training sessions.

Additional Requirements

2 years of experience as Sprinkler and Irrigation Worker. Travel to various work locations within Oakland County
