The SparkWorks Team is a small, nimble, high energy, results oriented team whose mission is to accelerate strategy execution by reinventing the way people and teams think and work together to achieve exceptional results that stick.
Primary responsibilities:
Serve as an internal consultant, changemaker, systems agitator, and advocate for new and transformative ways of working.
Design, facilitate, and coach others to facilitate working sessions to address various moments and challenges:
Strategy development
Leadership, cross-functional team and functional operating system design and creation
Complex problem solving
Continually improve SparkWorks' methods and content through iteration and experimentation, drawing on internal and external concepts, frameworks, and ideas.
Leverage and produce assets that tell stories of transformation and new ways of working.
Form and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders throughout the ecosystem.
Practice a principle-based (not formulaic) approach to new ways of working and transformation
Model the SparkWorks team core values of curiosity, optimism, resilience, rigor, trust, co-ownership and fun
Support team members and maintain healthy dynamics among the SparkWorks team
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy development, business innovation, organizational design and improvement required.
Experience leading global projects that increase business value by improving the way individuals and teams work and collaborate is required.
Up to 20% travel required
Well-honed engagement management, facilitation, and system coaching.
Connecting dots, seeing the system, and sensing where there is willingness to transform.
Working knowledge and application of systems thinking, agile, design thinking, self-organization, and related disciplines.
High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to orient and create opportunities in a complex environment where the path isn't clear.
Strong organizational curiosity to challenge the status quo with willingness to try new, unproven ideas.
Tailor SparkWorks methods and approaches based on context and engagement outcomes
Manage multiple engagements at a time with strategic focus
Learn and grow by productively debating openly and giving and receiving direct and caring feedback.
Visual, verbal, and written communication.
Fluency with traditional (MS Office) and newer (Slack, Notion) technology highly preferred.
Preferred:
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
The anticipated base pay range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA is $166,000 to $267,145.
The anticipated base pay range for this position in all other U.S. locations is $135,000 to $232,300.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
