A BDR managers purpose is to lead a team by building a culture of highly effective outbound demand generation specialists. Focused on achieving high results, impacting revenue in alignment with GIU GTM strategy. The primary focus of a Business Development Representative Manager is to lead a team of BDRs focused on generating pipeline that drives revenue through targeted outbound campaigns and sales plays for the Oracle Global Industry Unit (GIU). Sales pipeline is primarily generated through targeted outreach via multi-channel touchpoints including phone, email, and social outreach. BDR managers will collaborate with peers across demand generation, sales, marketing & sales operations. They will build and lead a team of industry sales specialists responsible for uncovering 5-star quality BANT qualified opportunities. As a BDR manager, you will be the face of the industry demand generation team. Engaging with leaders ranging from director to SVP level.

Your Responsibilities:
Lead a team of BDRs focused on generating 5-Star BANT qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting.
Grow industry market share through new logo revenue generation.
Be an all-star team player that brings their best to work every day and displays teamwork by sharing best practices, collaborating, and working with colleagues on a global scale.
Engage, collaborate, and nurture stakeholder relationships across multiple LOB.
Hire, develop and lead a team of "Hunters" with a mission to drive revenue.
Become the industry expert across your team, with the ability to train team members in solution knowledge, messaging, and overall prospecting skills.
Leverage Oracle tools to drive operational efficiency across your team.
Strategize and collaborate with sales and marketing team members while driving outbound campaigns and sales plays in alignment with Industry go to market strategy.
BDR managers often lead global teams, which requires flexibility in work hours and periodic travel.

Preferred Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor's degree.
o In lieu of a bachelor's degree, you have at minimum 5 years of relative work experience leading a team.
o Software and technology experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region. Provides daily operations management of inbound and outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs. Coordinates marketing (direct mail, advertising, etc.) activities with Marketing organizations. Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management. Manages budget. Provides support to marketing and sales programs.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Experience qualifying prospects and customers and an understanding of the sales cycle process. Experience training professional sales staff, University degree in Business or equivalent. Previous management experience. Successful sales track record. Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred 5 years sales experience.

US: Hiring Range: from $73,100 to $117,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
