Calling all Digital Marketing Analysts with B2B agency experience & the ability to manage highly-complex clients.
Our branding agency client is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join their team on a fulltime, direct hire basis.
This role is open to fully remote candidates, or candidates interested in a hybrid model in the Detroit Metro.
Marketing Analyst will:
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative and technology teams to determine best analytic practices for a large eCommerce client
- Develop and track reporting for KPI's and findings for continuous marketing improvement
- Gage success of digital marketing, Email/SMS, Website, Merchandising campaigns
Marketing Analyst ideal qualifications are:
- 3+ years related experience, B2B agency background a bonus
- Strong understanding of GA4, KPI development and tracking, SEO, Looker Studio a bonus
- Exceptional communication skills, client facing role

They offer a 401(k) plan. All employees are eligible to enroll after 90 days of employment, on the first day of the following quarter. There is a 3% matching component.
PTO is earned based on tenure, and available after an initial 90 day intro period. PTO resets on an employees hire date each year, based on the following schedule:
New employees 10 days per year.
2nd Year Anniversary 15 days per year.
5th Year Anniversary 20 days per year.
Provides each employee with 5 Sick Days, in addition to PTO, to be used specifically when theyre under the weather.
Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is vital and employees are encouraged to use their annual PTO. Unused PTO days do not carry forward from year to year.
