GENERAL DISCRIPTION:
A goal-oriented Marketing Director to help ATS execute an effective nonprofit marketing strategy as defined in the annual Marketing Plan. In charge of developing creative tactics to reach our target audience by designing public programs and events, contacting outreach organizations, and guiding our advertising campaign.
The ideal candidate should know how to manage a nonprofit marketing team and improve awareness of our company among the target demographic. This requires intimate cooperation with the marketing team to develop and maintain an approach that will generate consistent online outreach.
Responsibilities are to identify opportunities for online traffic growth, set organizational objectives, and organize promotional and fundraising activities. Exceptional time-management and problem-solving abilities are a big asset. Working knowledge of project management software is an additional plus. You are also expected to possess a superb grip on spoken and written English to ensure smooth, error-free communication with our users.
In the long run, our goal is to grow our brand, attract new contributors, and promote healthy relations with our business partners. Job includes facilitating the management of community outreach programs, maintaining our social media presence, and contacting our supporters.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Devising an effective nonprofit marketing and promotion strategy
- Spearheading our outreach initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Overseeing content production to ensure messaging consistency
- Contacting our supporters via email and social media using newsletters and press releases
- Work closely with staff to coordinate the communication for all events
- Creating newsletters and press release media with the assistance of staff and volunteers

SKILLS NEEDED/EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience related work experience in a nonprofit organization
- Portfolio of successful marketing/branding projects
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with current nonprofit marketing and fundraising practices
- Familiar with MailChimp or similar
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Full-time, exempt, 40 hours per week. Responsibilities may occasionally include extended hours and weekend work as needed.
