JOB DESCRIPTION General Laborer: * Apply chime bands to drums * Stack product to/from the conveyance system * Move product/WIP by hand or with a pallet jack to/from Production areas * Chime Finisher: * Responsible for setting up production equipment. * Read and comprehend specification sheets; anticipate the next order and stage supplies/products as needed * Utilize Company systems for reporting production, scrap, inventory, etc. * Follow direction and product required quantities Other Responsibilities: * Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements * Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within the required time * Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space * Reports all production waste to Production Lead or Supervisor * Responsible for safety and quality throughout the production * Responsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained * Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager * Follows all company policies and procedure Requirements * Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift ABOUT US Do you want to work with people who are dedicated to innovation and making the world a better place?
