JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for all operations of the Gift Shops, Putt-Putt Golf area, and Redemption Center by supervising staff, training employees and documenting performance on clerks, performing required administrative duties, enforcing company and department policies and procedures and controlling expenses to obtain a profit. Reviews, revises and implements theft controls for these departments and assures these procedures are followed. Reviews levels of inventories, pricing, and cost of sales, proper ordering techniques and proper storage and rotation of all items in conjunction with Gift Shop Buyer. Monitors and encourages completion of personal and department goals and marketing strategies.
