The shift supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily activities. Enforce all company policies, Ensure all GMPs are being followed, Ensure all employees are performing their job duties, Ensure that all projects meet LFCs specifications. Responsible to meet sanitation guidelines, Responsible to ensure all product is being loaded correctly, Responsible for productivity and labor standards. Must ensure all employees maintain a clean and safe work environment. Train and test all production fork lift drivers abilities. Must be able to sit or stand for the entire 8-10 hour shift. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Must be able to pass fork lift operator test
