This professional, upper management position oversees, develops, and leads the Camp and Retreat Center. The relationship between Eagle Village children, families, staff and community is most deeply met and embraced through our mission and values. The Director of Camp and Retreat Center works to continue the historic commitment of Eagle Village to serve youth, families and communities who have complex social, emotional and behavioral needs, and must have a calling to serve in this unique population.

Brief Description on Any Preferences
A Bachelor’s Degree and willingness to pursue a Masters’ Degree in Ministry and/or Human Services or Outdoor Education/Recreation or related field and eight years related experience serving in leadership in a camp and/or retreat center. A Masters’ Degree is preferred.
