PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This role involves designing, developing, and implementing software solutions across the full technology stack. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration of various technologies to meet our business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement responsive UIs that match design specifications.
• Integrate with backend services to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Manage the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
• Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions.
• Stay up to date with new technology trends.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET Core, C#).
• Experience with database technology such as MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Ignition SCADA software.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of source control tools like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with PLC logic programming.
• Knowledge of MQTT protocol.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
EDUCATION:
Role preferred Degree, Diploma, equivalent certification in Information Technology, Systems Administration or Business Systems
WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in full stack development.
• Automotive manufacturing IT experience
