J&S Siding is seeking a Rock Star Sales Consultant for new home siding sales! We know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. This position oversees residential sales growth. Builds new and continues to build upon relationships with residential focus. Serves as a point of contact for new residential siding sales. Know that every potential customer has an opportunity to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Represent our company products and services being able to identify how our solutions meet the needs.
- The focus will be on new residential siding sales.
- Meet with potential customers and provide excellent customer service through the sales process
- Perform continual communication with customers while projects are under construction and see thru to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Grow sales/generate leads and work to increase profit margins on an ongoing basis to meet established sales and margin goals.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Work with the estimating team to build sales proposal per project specs
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new products in the marketplace.
- Participate in marketing strategies.
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications Required
- Execute good leadership skills/experience and capabilities.
- Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
- Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools
- High level of experience with computer operating systems, such as Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and highly organized. Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
- Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills for collaborating effectively with others.
- Can multitask, work well under pressure, and work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Educational Requirements of this position:
- Associate degree (towards Business/Marketing) or related job experience.
- 2-3 years of proven and successful experience in the field
