Job Requirements:

Sanding logs
Staining
Caulking/Chinking
Pressure washing
Climbing ladders (MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS!)
Assembling scaffolding
Heavy lifting
Replacing Logs

Requirements

Must have valid drivers license with a clean record and have a reliable vehicle to meet up in the morning. We carpool to the job site daily.
Highschool diploma and a benefit if you have any College credits.
Ability to travel occasionally overnight In the spring and fall. We stay in the U.P. during the summer months. Some projects are 2 hours one way and we may stay overnight depending on the project.
Prior experience is not required but is an added benefit and can lead to faster growth within the company.
