Our Style Life division help individuals style their lives with products that enhance everyday moments. What makes Style Life so special are the Independent Consultants, called Stylists, who are brand ambassadors for Style Life's mission. Because this division has grown significantly in the last year, we're now looking to add a Direct Sales Success Advisor to the Style Life team.
Position Summary: As the Staff Accountant, you will provide both administrative and financial support services in a multi-entity environment as a key member to the Finance & Accounting team. You will work to provide support across the finance team in a professional and knowledgeable manner, learning both the accounting and operational activities of the organization.
The Position:
As the Direct Sales Success Advisor, you'll be a driving force for the culture and training of the Stylists team. You will provide Stylists with a successful and enjoyable experience by providing day-to-day support and assistance in customer service and technical issues; training current and new Stylists; and fostering positive community engagement and morale.
- Always conduct self in a manner consistent with Convivial Brands' Core Values of being Trustworthy, Pursuing Excellence, and exemplifying a Team First mindset.
- Keeps the Stylist community engaged through morale-boosters such as kudos or hand-written cards as directed by sales.
- Creates, executes, and maintains up-to-date and on-trend social selling training in collaboration with the Digital Media Specialist and Director of Field Development.
- Developes New Stylist Training, including Starter Guide, Social Selling training, and weekly New Stylist calls.
- Assists the Digital Media Specialist in creating, executing, and maintaining the monthly virtual celebration script.
- Creates content for the company wide weekly newsletter, The Weekly Wrap.
- Maintains approvals and terminations, and ensures information is updated and current in Stylist Studio, Sales Portals, and appropriate Facebook Groups.
- Gives excellent customer service and support in all digital avenues – Facebook pages, Facebook groups, answering DMs, and taking phone calls per assigned brand(s) needs.
- Keeps community of followers and subscribers engaged within the assigned brand’s community.
- Assists with special projects, as needed.
- Responds to and resolves general inquiries or issues with products, community members, or technical needs via phone or email.
- Aids the System Administrator of the websites in returns, exchanges, and solving issues.
