Samaritas is seeking a dynamic and results driven Vice President of Refugee Services to drive the strategic direction of our refugee service programming. This role would cover services in Refugee Resettlement, Employment Services, and Refugee Youth Services. As one of the largest providers of refugee services, you will be key resettling families in from all over the world. In addition, our services provide refugee foster care to youth who do not have parents or adults that can provide care. If you are called to uphold America's legacy of welcoming and helping refugees, then you may be the ideal fit for this role.

The Vice President of Refugee Services provides leadership and direction to ensure the cohesive coordination, strategic alignment and effective implementation of the RefugeeServices lines. This position drives the strategic direction of our Refugee Services, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality and culturally sensitive services.
Core Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, international relations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and validated experience.
Proven track record of increasingly responsible experience in refugee resettlement and employment services or refugee youth services, including experience in a leadership role.
Proven success in program development, implementation, evaluation, and outcome achievement.
Proven understanding of immigration policies, refugee resettlement regulations, employment-related services, and state regulations regarding Foster Care and Child Caring Institutions (CCI).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills.
