SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to ensure order integrity for outbound orders. Team member will assist with picking, staging, and loading customer orders and verifying orders meet Bloem accuracy and packaging standards. Team member will also assist with unloading inbound orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: % of the time
Pick and stage orders from inventory to ship dock to ensure order integrity 45%
Load and unload trucks to maintain high turn rate on docks 30%
Prepare orders for shipment to ensure ease of customer receipt 15%
General housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment 10%
