Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking an Aftermarket Program Manager Co-op.
The hourly rate for this position is $22.85 - $25.38 per hour.

What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This role is a rotational role to bring in new college hires and introduce them to the aftermarket business, the processes, and broaden their knowledge across the business and ready them for a broader responsibility following the conclusion of the rotations. The planned rotations will be 8-12 months in length across various functions within the aftermarket business including but not limited to business development, program management, product management, digital transformation, sales, materials, SIOP, and operations. The overall program length is expected to be 2-3 years in length dependent upon the past experiences of the employee.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Listed below are potential essential functions across all potential rotational assignments.
Business Development
Implement new business growth programs on-time working cross functionally with business development, purchasing, materials, distribution and pricing.
Develop and execute new business growth business plans, business cases, and gain leadership approval.
Product Management / Digital Transformation
Work with product management team on 4P's positioning for aftermarket product line(s) ensuring appropriate pricing, promotion, portfolio management, etc.
Work with the digital transformation team on the content and capabilities for the assigned product line(s) to ensure proper on-line information and presence.
Sales
Develop growth strategies with key customer(s) in the assigned territory or at the assigned accounts.
Manage travel budget in accordance with assigned budgets.
Drive growth in assigned territory for all new products launched.
Materials / SiOP / Procurement
Develop and execute strategies related to aftermarket inventory to improve on-time delivery while managing working capital as required.
Create new aftermarket specific processes to improve launch timing while eliminating non-value added processes that don't apply.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Sales, Engineering, or Marketing from an accredited institution
GPA of 2.8
Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
No relocation is offered for this position. Only candidates located within 50 miles of Galesburg, MI or Southfield, MI will be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internships or co-ops in Aftermarket or Sales preferred
Leadership in school or community organizations preferred
It is preferred that candidates have completed at least the first year of their degree program
GPA of 3.00 or better required
