Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine. The team includes one physician, and one APP. Typical appointments include acutes, follow-ups, physical exams, new patients, pediatric new patients, new problems, Doximity visits, MyChart video visits, and pap and pelvic exams. Epic HER. Fluency dictation available.
Fluency or ability to conversationally speak Spanish a plus. Practice serves a diverse patient population. Monday - Friday schedule, 8am - 5pm. On call for abnormal test results and provider patient panel only. Opportunity to work with medical students.
Corewell Health Watervliet Primary Care, Hartford is a Rural Health Clinic (RHC), which qualifies for the Loan Repayment Program. Award recipients can receive up to $100,000 for three years of full-time service!
