Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside cross-functional teams to complete initiatives that are key to our business success. You'll have the opportunity to serve as a financial resource, partnering across all levels of the organization to provide financial analysis and project support. Utilizing sound business knowledge, you will provide the information, data, insight, and guidance required to effectively make decisions. The internship experience has a strong focus on hands-on learning and team involvement. This individual will work closely with the CFO, Director of FP&A, and the Finance Manager, be given meaningful projects, and the opportunity to interact with and present to leadership. Below are some of the functions that this position will learn and participate in:
Essential Funcations:
Assist in developing department-level and enterprise-wide forecasts.
Providing analytical support for capital investment decisions
Performing complex analyses, such as evaluating labor productivity or growth opportunities
Developing profitability and cash flow forecasts
Analyzing cost trends and resource utilization and developing performance metrics
Training in PowerBI, and the opportunity to apply that training to real business situations and reporting needs
Assist in special projects as they are identified.
Assist with month end reporting and anlysis as requested.
Enrolled in an acredited Business/Finance or Accounting program with a Sophomore/Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Ability to qualify for a security clearance which typically means U.S. Citizenship and a clean background
