Social Media Specialist
The social media specialist will implement and maintain facets of the social media roadmap across Comerica's footprint by leveraging social channels. The social media specialist will implement the social media plan to drive and support prospect and customer objectives and rally internal stakeholders. The social media specialist will achieve business goals using social media tools and tactics by coordinating and positively collaborating with service organizations and Lines of Business across the enterprise. They will be key in the implementation of the Marketing social channel platform to elevate social media marketing at Comerica allowing the bank to enable social media marketing at scale. The social media specialist will help oversee the social media efforts of agencies/vendors & internal teams.
Participate in the development of social media assets such as Instagram and Facebook stories & reels, LinkedIn videos and posts.
Encourage and educate team members to participate in social media advocacy, helping to amplify our brand's reach and impact.
Regularly track, monitor, and optimize performance of campaigns and general content.
Work with the Brand Teams in developing content to deliver results for campaigns.
Collaborate with colleagues within the company to gather information for social media content including client success stories, industry insights, employee spotlights.
4 year Bachelor's degree required
2 years of experience directly managing social media accounts and building a social presence for a consumer brand or B2B brand
Auburn Hills Operations Center
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.
