The Senior Program Delivery Professional will advance data insights and collaborate with internal business partners in an effort to promote projects and ideas. As part of this analytics-based strategy team, you will be involved in highly visible projects and implement project requirements while engaging stakeholders.
The Senior Program Delivery Professional applies analytics knowledge to optimize programs and products that influence providers and leadership towards value based relationships or improved quality metrics. Implements knowledge and ability to apply design-thinking concepts as well as clear and confident technical and business writing. Contributes to more innovative approaches to models as they build knowledge of the business context in which they operate. Understands and analyzes complex data, articulates to various units within the company at the appropriate level, affects the business from mathematical concepts, which have a potentially sizeable quality impact on the business. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex-to-complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and performs work with little direction. Attributes such as strong interpersonal and communication skills, and professional integrity are also key aspects to a successful career. Program Delivery Professional will work independently and in teams to drive analytic related strategy and develop innovative solutions.

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of analytics and program design experience in healthcare
Experience with T-SQL
Proven ability to collaborate with business partners, colleagues and customers to co-create solutions and drive toward desired outcomes
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills using Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Experience presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Experience using data to achieve measurable business change
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Health Data experience
Experience soliciting feedback from stakeholders to determine the success of activities and ensure that behavioral changes align with strategic objectives
Experience working with business intelligence or advanced analytics within healthcare
Experience consulting with executive leaders and internal clients enabling pursuit of opportunities to leverage physician metrics in corporate and market programs
Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and address resistance

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$84,600 - $116,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
