Multiple positions available; Location can be from any Turner office with frequent travel to job sites in regional area.

Position
Description:
Assist equipment and
product procurement and/or supply chain services within defined scope and
quality as specified by contract documents for assigned projects in
coordination with SourceBlue team.
Essential
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Support reviews of equipment and procurement packages for compliance with drawings and specifications.
Track and document product related issues from clients, Owner's Representatives, designers, consultants, General Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors and escalate to appropriate supervisor.
Assist with preparation of scope of work documents, coordinate matrices, and bid response forms for vendor bid packages.
Support reviews of project submittals and shop drawings to provide misaligned findings to contract specifications.
Attend project site visits to observe quality and placement of products.
Attend manufacturers' factory visits to observe Factory Witness Tests and learn about product development, and specifications.
Assist and support Supply Chain heat mapping, vendor database, resiliency systems, equipment tracking, and other duties to support development of business products and services.
Assist with data entry to update and maintain master procurement data (e.g., pricing, contracts, delivery schedules).
Follow standardized processes for development and maintenance of project documentation (e.g., equipment tracking log, project budget reports, cost reports, Requests for Information (RFI) documents, change order and close out logs).
Support reviews of change orders including preparation of independent analysis, estimates for vendor requests, approvals, and conflict resolutions, and submit to SourceBlue Manager for approval.
Assist with vendor prequalification process as requested.
Participate in closeout process and assist with preparation of final records for projects (e.g., Requests for Information (RFIs), closeout records, warranties, as-builts, spare parts, Operations & Maintenance product manuals (O&Ms), inventory) and evaluate information to ensure compliance with contract documents.

Qualifications:
In pursuit of college or university degree (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree) from accredited degree program in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or other related degree program or related field, or minimum of 2 years or experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Supply Chain experience and/or internship/co-op experience in construction industry preferred
General knowledge of Supply Chain operations and construction products (e.g., Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical), desired
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to document and manage accurate and timely information
Efficient use of work hours with ability to ask questions, request prioritization of responsibilities, and complete tasks in timely manner
Passionate and willing to learn about overall company, business operations, culture, and core values
Proactive and eager to tackle new projects and ideas, flexible and adaptable to work assignment
Able to work independently with management oversight, and in team environment
Apply active listening skills with professional and clear verbal and written communication
Basic computer and data entry skills, and familiar with Microsoft suite of applications and collaborative tools (e.g., SharePoint)
