Our Rehab and Nursing Centers have been providing services in West Michigan for 20+ years. Our residents range in age, diversity and acuity levels.
Corewell Health (formerly Spectrum Health) has opened a new 80 bed sub-acute rehabilitation (SAR) Rehab and Nursing Center on Leffingwell, which provides short term, goal-oriented rehabilitation to individuals after surgery, serious injury or illness.
Weekend Option Program:
Weekend CNAs will be required to work 48 out of 52 weekends per calendar year.
Weekends are defined as Saturday and Sunday for day shift and Friday and Saturday night for night shift.
CNAs can request up to 48 hours of PTO on their weekend shifts as well as 48 hours of exchanging a weekend shift for a weekday shift, for a total of 96 hours 'off' of the weekend requirement. This would be given in accordance with unit guidelines with allotted PTO as well as peak times, etc.
CNAs may request 1 holiday off per calendar year that falls on the weekend. The CNA would only work the holiday if it fell on the weekend, they will not be moved off a weekend to work on a holiday.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Licenses -Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 Days of hire
