Description:
This position, Software Engineer will provide development and support services for the SaaS product.
Skills Required:
- Experience on Zuora or similar SaaS billing and payment software products
- Develop and maintain the customized Zuora product for new initiatives and operations support
- Work with Product Owners/Product Managers to establish and/or contribute to the product roadmap and delivery plan
- Understand business and user priorities, and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product group backlogs and manage risks
- Initiate and translate the product roadmap into manageable product features in the backlog through regular scoping sessions
- Identify risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of risks -Work hands-on with product teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product
Skills Preferred:
- Experience working on Zuora or similar billing and invoicing software
Experience Required:
- SaaS/COTS working experience -Development of software/workflows -Software Engineering / Technical product management
Education Required:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Education Preferred:
- Any certifications relevant to software engineering or products.
