SENOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
As a member of the Thermal Comfort Solutions team, the Senor Account Manager will be responsible for business and relationship development between his assigned customers and other commercial vehicle accounts and Lear Corporation.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Define, execute, and lead the Key Account strategy towards the assigned key customer(s). Must be in-line with Lear's overall finance, product, and manufacturing objectives
Retain current business, identify, and win new business opportunities leading to revenue and profit growth within the account(s)
Build strong customer relationships between Lear and the functional Quality, Logistic, Operations, Purchasing and Engineering organizations
Extend Lear's key account network through all relevant key account organization levels, initiating relationships through regular meetings between account, Lear JIT teams, and management
Manage and develop sales reports for tracking business status of activities ongoing at the key account(s) allowing ease of communication and transparency in the business
Develop and update customer roadmap at regular intervals with relevant information and ensure strategic and tactical actions to win new business and retain current business are clearly and concisely defined
Develop, where necessary, update and use tools such as customer vehicle platform road-maps, organization charts and relationship matrices combined with product road-maps to define account strategies focused towards new business wins and to retain current business
Regularly update the bookings and Long Range Plan for volume / price / product changes and be responsible for the definition of the annual and 5-year budget goals and new business opportunities based on justified business plans discussed and agreed with the Sales Director and Leadership team
Develop quote and price strategy and cash flow from supplied cost calculations and present winning business case and project financials for management approval.
Support marketing activities aimed at improving and promoting Lear TCS position in the market and at customers such as Tech days and at trade events as necessary

Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Economic, or related Business field
5 years minimum Sales Account management experience, preferably in Seating or Seat components
Ability to manage and influence a cross functional team with indirect authority
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented professional who has demonstrated success in building a business where product development, marketing, successful negotiation, and sound project financials provide unique growth opportunities in a global marketplace
Significant experience in providing business commercial strategy direction in a highly competitive environment
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
Structured approach to account management
Preferred If You Have:
MBA or Master's degree in a related field
Past experience working with EV or New Domestic Asian OEM's in a sales capacity
