With a view to harmonization, ENGIE has embarked on a major program to transform its processes and IT tools. This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support.
To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a :
GET -Development Lead (M/F)
The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Defense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. But we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote)
The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central "one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG" platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules.
The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.
TheDevelopment Leadrole is to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, beaccountable forDevelopment factory delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Setup and maintain development framework (incl. governance & rules regarding development tools)
Accountable for development factory delivery
Ensure all needs coming from ROLL-OUT teams, RUN teams, are properly catched and consolidate a unique demand plan
Ensure the Factory capacity is properly ramp up/down the capacity according to the needs
Validate technical design and ensure compliancy with development framework, especially thanks to code review
Monitor services (RUN & BUILD) & ensure compliancy with SLA
Note : the ABAP factory is operated by GBS IT, who is responsible of all the operational activities
Position requirements
Senior experience of ABAP development with at least 5 years of experience as an ABAP developer
Strong knowledge of SAP Full stack(ABAP, ABAP OO, ADATA/Gateway, Webdynpro, FIORI, UI5, CPI, BTP, ...)
Experience of large SAP programs
Fluent English(oral/written)
Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
Experience ofworking in project management mode
The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
