Job Description:
The Facilities Operations Coordinator would be responsible for tasks such:
Timely submission of facilities tickets for cleaning and maintenance items
Follow up on any outstanding tickets if needed
Ordering company wide facilities supplies as needed
Work with in conjunction with multiple DTFS departments on creating and maintaining the Crisis Management Plan for DTFS US Locations.
This is an onsite position
Other responsibilities:
1. Mail room coordination: facilitate mail distribution, order supplies and assist with shipping needs within the facility to other DTFS locations.
2. Lead Emergency Response coordination for DTFS with the Detroit facilities team: coordinate training with floor wardens, update communications to employees, participate in practice drills as needed
Minimum: High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
