Calling all Marketing Manager with experience working with Franchises. Our retail client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in a full time capacity.
This role is a full-time onsite in Ann Arbor working and planning to start as soon as the person is identified. This position will be provided a computer.
This Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Driving the creative execution and strategy with agency partners, franchisees, and within the organization
Helping franchisees increase sales and profitability through engagement in existing marketing programs and sales channels
Ability to put together and evaluate Marketing plans, implement improvements, sharing recommendations
Must have the ability to influence without authority
Work directly with the marketing team, very collaborative environment
The Marketing Coordinators required qualifications are:
Minimum 5 years of experience, and/or ad agency or equivalent experience.
Digital background; evaluate KPIs
Ideal background working with Franchisees or in the food and beverage industry
Experience in Google Analytics - GA4 competency, Point of Sale systems (Toast, Square, Clover etc), Digital Media platforms (Loomly, Sprout, YEXT, Social Pilot etc.) is preferred
