Are you ready to make your mark?If you're interested in a Receptionist position, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This is an entry level clerical position performing routine clerical tasks and receptionist duties.
What You Will Be Doing
Scan and file production paperwork.
Receive incoming calls and visitors. Maintain the visitor log.
Monitor the security camera system.
Create badges and maintain badge system
Open, sort, and deliver incoming mail and packages.
Order supplies.
Event coordination
Make travel arrangements.
General/routine administrative duties.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Must possess a High School diploma or GED at minimum. Some college courses or a college degree preferred.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge and ability to use general office equipment, such as multi-line phones, copiers, faxes, printers, computers, etc.
Demonstrated commitment to quality and professionalism.
Independent judgment and thinking.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to process multiple types of information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Maintain concentration, organization and prioritization skills.
The ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Also perform tasks with a high level of integrity.
The ability to interact cooperatively and collaboratively with others as a team.
