General Operations:
- Record & Deposit Checks
- Receive & process credit card donations
- Scan grant and gift agreements/correspondence
- Coordinate bi-annual staff events
- Provide assistance for other special events as needed
- Manage monthly staff calls (i.e., agenda, calendar invites & reminders, recording, notes, etc.)
- Special Project Management (i.e., building moves, inventory, storage, documentation, etc.)
- Support large donor mailings
- Other related duties that may arise

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Associates Degree plus 1-year experience or equivalent combination.
- Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
- Experience providing administrative support, including some or all the following; phones/customer service, mail distribution, equipment maintenance, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings, or organizing files.
- Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people.
- Experience writing, editing, and proofreading written materials.

SALARY INFORMATION
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $22.00 - $25.00/hour. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
