Review work order documentation including Router and IMS for completion.
Inspect part characteristics using basic hand gages as required.
Make copies to support shipping documentation of material and processing certs along with evidence of special processing as required by customer.
Part Mark product according to instructions.
Create and update internal nonconformance records as needed.
Maintain completed work order records according to traceability and evidence of inspection retention requirements.
Administrative duties as assigned.
2 years' minimum quality and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
Understanding of basic engineering print principals.
Experience with basic hand gaging (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.) preferred.
Must be able to pass a required annual vision test.
Organizational multi-tasking skills.
Communication and time management skills.
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
High School Diploma or GED required.
High School (preferred)
2 years: Quality and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
